Marshall Station is a new station constructed during 2004 that has been built to serve the growing suburb of Grovedale on the outskirts of Geelong. A new platform, station building and crossing loop have been constructed as part of the new station. Although considered a new station, Marshall did exist as a station at the same location many years before. The old station was completely removed well before the new station was constructed.
