Traralgon-Maffra-Stratford Line
The line from Traralgon to Stratford via Maffra once provided an alternative route to East Gippsland than the current route through Sale. This line was closed in several stages with the section from Tralagon to Maffra closed first in the late 1980s and the section between Stratford and Maffra to be one of the last railways closed in Victoria in 1994. In later years the main purpose of the line was to serve dairy industries based at Maffra.
